Wall Doctor information
Privacy policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains how Wall Doctor handles personal information submitted through this website, in line with UK data protection law.
Information we collect
When you request a quote, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, property address or postcode, project status, details of the required work, optional property photographs and how you found us. We also record the referring page and advertising attribution information such as UTM parameters or a Google click identifier where present.
How we use it
We use the information to assess and respond to your enquiry, prepare or discuss quotations, route suitable projects and understand which advertising generates genuine enquiries. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Our lawful basis
We process quote information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and for our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and operating the service. Optional analytics and advertising storage is used only after you consent.
Cookies and measurement
Google Analytics and Google Ads may be used to measure website usage and completed enquiries. Optional analytics and advertising storage is denied by default through Google Consent Mode. You can accept or reject it using the cookie choices shown on the website, and change that choice later using “Cookie choices” in the footer. The site and quote form continue to work if you reject optional cookies.
Service providers
Quote emails are delivered through Brevo. Website usage and completed enquiry events may be measured with Google Analytics and Google Ads. These providers process limited information under their own safeguards and contractual terms.
Property photographs
Photographs attached to a quote request are used to assess the proposed work. Please do not include people, vehicle registration numbers or unrelated personal information where this can be avoided.
Retention and security
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry, provide services, maintain business records and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, secure transport and restricted delivery credentials to protect form submissions.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where the relevant right applies. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
