We were contacted by a customer who was concerned about the condition of his property in Norwich. The existing render had blistered and cracked, affecting the appearance of the property.
Following an initial consultation and assessment, we recommended removing and replacing any damaged render, then repairing all cracks to provide a strong, durable foundation for the exterior finish. This would be followed by a primer stabiliser and a final silicone resin latex spray coating.
The project was completed in two stages:
Stage One – Preparation and Base Coat
The damaged render was removed and replaced, cracks were repaired, and the surfaces were prepared before applying the first base coat, also known as a bag coat.
Stage Two – Silicone Topcoat Application
We then applied our primer stabiliser, followed by the silicone resin latex spray topcoat in Antique White. This transformed the appearance of the property with a clean, fresh finish.

The property now benefits from a fresh, attractive and weather-resistant exterior that enhances its kerb appeal and provides long-term protection against the elements.
